philipPHILIP C.S. YIN, Ph.D.
Philip C. S. Yin, Ph.D. is a tri-lingual (English, Mandarin Chinese, and Russian) CEO who has led turnarounds for Fortune 100 companies in the U.S. as well as internationally.  He knows how to build new organizations, re-organize troubled operations and expand companies into the international marketplace.

Dr. Yin has earned three patents with the U.S Patent Office and has earned a gold and silver medal in the 1984 Senior Olympics as well as a gold, silver, and bronze medal in 1986 at the Sixth Chinese Games of the United States.

In 2005, he was chosen to be the CEO of AXT as well as being appointed to the Board of Directors.  Before that, he served as general manager for North America of AIXTRON Inc., the world’s leading manufacturer in the compound semiconductor industry.  In 1999, he became president of ATMI Epitaxial Services.  He has also held positions as senior vice president of sales and marketing at Crysteco, and director of sales for Mitsubishi Silicon America.

Rich Murphy joined Deutsche Bank in 1998 as the Managing Director and CFO for Global Technology and Operations where he was responsible for 23,000 internal and external employees around the globe and had an annual operational budget of 7B €.

Before joining Deutsche Bank, he was the Financial Director and Executive VP at AT&T where he was responsible for financial reporting and analysis, revenue and inventory assurance, billing operations, network operations, external reporting and financial consolidation.  He is now a principle of Horizon Management Consulting, a financial and management consultant firm specializing in using technology to achieve maximum operational efficiency.



debiDebi Kuehn MBA
Debi earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication at Westfield State University and a Master of Science in business administration.

Debi has a vision of creating a symbiotic relationship of business and education. This vision led her to teach business finance at DeVry University, business plan classes in the community college system and volunteering with the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA). Debi is also a certified teacher in the public school system.

Debi has served on the board of the Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA) where she helped create their mentoring program.  She was also actively involved with the Arizona Career Technical Education Advisory Council. Currently, she is a volunteer project manager for the national organization SCORE, and is a mentor for developing businesspeople at ASU SkySong.

Debi Kuehn has also created her own educational career in October 2002 by starting Kuehn Financial Education Services where she educates students, consumers, and small business owners on the freedoms of money management.



brettBrett Andrews
Brett Andrews received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Texas at Austin and University of Phoenix.

He began his financial career in 1998 at Salomon Smith Barney and then completed the Advanced Broker Institute certification through Dorsey Wright & Associates specializing in Point & Figure Technical Analysis.  He has earned the Senior Quantum Portfolio Manager position at Wachovia Securities.  In 2007, he became the Senior Private Investment Portfolio Manager at Wells Fargo Advisors.  Brett also holds the Certified Wealth Strategist® (CWS®) designation.

Brett developed a unique method for portfolio design. His method combines the traditional stocks, bonds, and mutual funds with modern financial planning techniques of technical, quantitative, and behavioral analysis to achieve a dynamic approach to create and sustain one’s wealth.

In 2011, Brett started Fortress Financial Strategies and Fortress Insurance Services where he has teamed up with his wife Rebecca who specializes in insurance.


patrickPatrick Harter
Patrick Harter cut his teeth in business in his parent’s company – Harter Building and Maintenance Inc.  After his father’s untimely death, Pat, at age 13, ran the business as its operations manager with his mother.  Over the next two decades, the company grew 10 fold under his management and it was successfully sold in May of 1994 providing for his mother’s retirement.

Pat went on to earn a double major in marketing and accounting and was first employed as an accountant/auditor for Westinghouse Electric.  In 1995, he became a VP at Alltel where he oversaw their finance, marketing and operations.

Today, Pat is a self described “serial entrepreneur” whose focus has been growing small businesses with strategic marketing techniques.

His firm, Provision Team Consulting, specializes in franchise operations management and franchise sales development.  He places a great commitment to coaching, mentoring, and training men and women leading small companies.



John Eisenhower is the owner of Integrity Tree Service, Inc., located in Phoenix Arizona.  He and his wife Kimberly started the company in 1989.

John is an ISA Certified Arborist, Certified Treecare Safety Professional, past President of the Arizona Community Tree Council and a member of the American Society of Consulting Arborists. John provides consulting services as well as classes on proper tree care to the public and industry professionals.

John’s company has been awarded several prestigious awards such as the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce IMPACT Award, the 2012 Better Business Bureau Business Ethics Award as well as having received the 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 Angie’s List Super Service Award.

John earned a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in English literature.
