SECOND

At the end of the Zoom meeting, you will be invited to attend a half-day workshop where you are trained in the initial steps of The Effective Leader 7 Step System. There is a modest fee that pays for our pre-workshop preparation so the workshop is highly customized for each attendee. You will leave this workshop with a roadmap to get you started on the five objectives above: build a great culture, consistent growth, increase profits, predictable cash flow and developing a leadership team that can run your company without you. You are welcome to attend a workshop for free to observe only, but you will not be able to engage with the attendees or the training.

THIRD

At the end of the workshop, you will have amazing clarity and confidence that The Effective Leader System will work for you and that you will be able to afford the level of our support you choose – from free to a full engagement.
