Launching Your Team and Your Business to a New Level 

Workshops are limited to three, non-competitive companies. Each business owner is encouraged to bring up to three additional people, which could be a spouse and/or key team members. There is no additional fee for these attendees.    

When you and your team exit this workshop, you will have the tools, processes and the knowledge required to run a much larger company, lead high-performing teams and make better informed decisions in all four business disciplines of marketing, sales, operations and finance. You will learn how to weigh the impact of your decisions before you make them.  

You will also see how your leadership team’s decision-making will naturally be improved so you can make more of the decisions that now fall on you. This will be the shortest possible path to the freedom you dreamed of when you started your company. And your leaders will love it as you unleash your company’s potential and theirs! 

Before attending the workshop, you will participate in a 30-minute Zoom meeting where you provide us with some information that allows us to perform a confidential financial and operational analysis of your company and to build your customized Control Panel. We  will use your customized Control Panel in the workshop to begin creating the future you want. This guarantees a highly customized experience. This is also why we limit each workshop to just three companies.   

As you interact with your new Control Panel, it will be clear to you what is required to close the gap from where you are to where you want to go as well as what additional skills and resources may be needed for the journey.   

After the workshop, you can choose to either implement the System yourself, or you may choose to engage The Effective Leader to assist you for more accountability and to get where you’re going faster.
